What you get

Full Access unlocks every practice question, mock test, study note and flashcard on the Life in the UK Questions website for the account you buy it with, on any device where you sign in. It does not include the Life in the UK Questions iPhone app, which is sold separately through the App Store.

Plans and prices

  • Weekly and monthly plans are subscriptions. They renew automatically at the end of each week or month, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel.
  • Lifetime is a single payment. It does not renew. If you switch from a weekly or monthly plan to lifetime, your plan stops renewing and you keep the time you have already paid for.

Prices are shown before you pay and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken by Stripe.

Cancelling a plan

You can cancel a weekly or monthly plan at any time in Settings, under Manage subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again. We do not give partial refunds for the rest of a period.

Your right to cancel

Under UK law you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content. Because Full Access starts immediately, before you pay we ask you to agree to immediate access and to confirm that you understand you then lose this right to cancel for that payment. If something doesn't work, contact us and we'll put it right or refund you.

Faulty content

Your statutory rights are not affected. If the content is faulty or not as described, contact support@lifeintheukquestions.co.uk.

About the content

Life in the UK Questions is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Home Office, UK Visas and Immigration or any part of the UK Government. All practice questions are original and are based on the official handbook, Life in the United Kingdom: A Guide for New Residents (3rd edition). They are not the questions used in the real test.

We work hard to keep the content accurate, but we can't guarantee that you will pass the official test. Always check GOV.UK for current rules and fees.
